Choose Your Key
ibug Festival 2025, Chemnitz
This mural was created during the ibug Festival 2025 in Chemnitz, Germany. Choose Your Key reflects both my own artistic transition and the layered history of the venue, which was once a factory, later a hospital, and now a space for art.
The three overlapping faces symbolize past, present, and future, while the row of keys above represents choices and possibilities, each unlocking a different path. The work was an experiment in using only outlines and layered characters to capture a sense of change. A playful cut-out key was added at the end, directly linking the mural to its environment.
